Shipping Information

We are not a giant corporation but rather a friendly, family-owned business with loyal employees who are interested in filling your order the best we can. Your order will be filled exactly as ordered, whenever possible. However, if a shortage of a certain item does necessitate a substitution, we reserve the right to substitute, in which case we guarantee an equal or greater value.

Use our toll free number (800) 456-0250. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For faster service, please complete your order before calling and have your credit card information handy. Or you can fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Fax (660) 949-2444.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
We make ordering easy for you. There are no charts to study or extra costs to add on most shipments. Shipping is included on orders delivered in the continental United States, except if customer chooses the 'Buy Thru Amazon' option and is not a Prime Member. Amazon will charge shipping cost accordingly. On most orders your products will come in a free, re-usable Styrofoam cooler and are sent UPS or the U.S. Postal Service for delivery within 3 business days of shipment if correct street address and phone number are provided. To expedite most orders, provide a commercial location for the receiving party. Western's strives to send out shipping orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that your product arrives in good condition and does not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders sent between May 1st and October 1st may require additional shipping charges.

EXCEPTIONS:
1. Special delivery that is not included in our regular delivery.
2. Extra charges apply to AK and HI. Sorry, no out-of-country deliveries.
3. State tax (4.725%) is applicable for orders shipped to addresses within the state of Missouri.
