Just wanted to send a big thank-you for the quality business you run. Your product is second to none. The ham, what can I say that hasn’t been said, simply stated, it’s the best!! Our daughters and their families always make sure before they come over for Christmas that we have “that ham from Missouri”. The smoked bacon and breakfast sausage does not last long at the table. Friends always comment when your products are served.

Also, the staff you have assembled continues to be the most helpful and friendliest I’ve encountered. In all the years, I have never seen or heard anyone having a bad day. On the phone I have always been treated with the greatest respect and courtesy. For these qualities, I say thank you. It’s truly a pleasure doing business with you and your staff. I saw Western’s Smokehouse featured on “The Best Of” on Food Network last week. I decided to order some sausages from you. Good decision on my part...

I ordered bratwurst, smoked sausage and summer sausage. The order arrived in an amazingly short time and we enjoyed some of each the day they arrived.

I must say these are the best smoked sausages I’ve ever eaten. When you bite into grocery-store-brand smoked sausages, you need a bib to catch all the grease that runs out. Yours have magnitudes better flavor and no grease.

The brats are sublime. No explanation necessary.

The summer sausage exceeded all my expectations. Every brand of commercial summer sausage that I’ve tried in the past are so bitterly spiced that they’re not worth trying. Yours has the exact blend of spices to be the perfect summer sausage. In fact, I took a couple of packages of them in to work on Friday and everyone raved about it. Both packs were gone before lunchtime.

We will be trying more of your products as soon as we run out.
